Warm Blankets Orphan Care Australia welcomes any donations you can provide to support orphans throughout the world. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Note: Amounts shown are a guide to costs only. Donation amounts can be more or less than the suggested amount. While we make every effort to apply your gift according to your preference, should a project become fully supplied, surplus funds will be directed to another worthwhile and equally important project.

Whole Home Sponsorship - AU$1,650 per home

You can rescue and restore the lives of orphans through our "Whole Home Sponsorship!" program. Our approach is to provide support at the home level. Individuals, churches, small groups and businesses can contribute in part or in whole to the daily care of the orphans in one of the church-based orphan homes. Sponsorship is established in support of a whole home, rather than as individual child sponsorship. This structure is more efficient, and it enables us to share more with you about the church home in which the orphans are raised. Each participant will receive information on the home, the children, specific needs of the home, and updates on new developments. Home Sponsor School Uniforms - AU$19,500

Just AU$13 is needed to provide an orphan with a set of school clothes. Uniforms are required for school attendance for all orphans in our church homes. We need a total of 1,500 school uniforms which includes one top, one slack or skirt, and one pair of shoes per child. Typically, we make sure we have enough funding to provide a uniform to every child in a Church Home, about AU$520, before the clothes are distributed, because we do not want a child to feel left out.

Solar Electrical Systems - AU$32,800

These systems support the energy requirements to incubate quail eggs and process waste for the Church Homes in rural locations. They generate electrical energy from the sun to charge a large battery that runs the incubator and the aeration system for sewage treatment. Need: AU$1,640 per system x 20 homes.
